Airmar Transducer

In 1982, AIRMAR brought its first product to market, a transom-mounted transducer. Two years later, the company patented the TRIDUCER® multisensor which revolutionized marine-sensor technology. From that modest beginning, Airmar has grown steadily to become the world-recognized leader in marine-sensing technology. Today, the company holds 27 patents and manufactures the broadest line of depth, speed, temperature, and Smart™ Sensors.

Over time Airmar have become the "standard" in the marine-sensor market.

Airmar are recognised as a world leader in fish finder transducer technology developing some of the highest quality transducers available today. Airmar manufacture a wide range of high quality, high performance transducers suited for all major marine electronics brands, and for all installation types. This includes fishfinder transducers that mount through the hull, in the hull, and on the transom.

Confused as to which Transducer you need?

Use the Transducer selection chart as your guide. By knowing your Fish Finder brand, mounting style and plug type you will know instantly our recommendation for the transducer you should buy.

Note: In general we prefer Airmar transducers. They are high quality (often better than the fish finder brand option) and are priced well.

Cheers,
